THAI BOXING
Referred to as "The Art of the Eight Limbs," as the hands, shins, elbows and knees are all used extensively in this art. Learn to execute strikes using 8 points of contact as opposed to 2 points (fists) in boxing and 4 points (fists and shins) used primarily in kickboxing.

KETTLE BELL TRAINING
Kettle bells are essentially a cannon ball with a handle attatched. The kettle bell is lifted, swung, pressed and pulled in a variety of different ways. If you want to lose weight, tone up, improve fitness or get stronger, kettle bell training can help you acheive your overall fitness goals.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)

HIIT is intense bursts of exercise followed by a short rest. This form of cardio is perfomed at such an intense level that your body will spend the rest of the day expending energy to recover from the ass-kicking you gave it. This means that you will be burning up to 9 times more fat while sitting on the couch later that night than if you had spent an hour on the treadmill at a moderate pace.

SAND BAG TRAINING

Sand Bag Training is tough. It's hard core and is aimed at those individuals that like to push themselves to the limit. Sand Bags are awkward, unbalanced and hard to handle. The centre of mass continually moves forcing your whole body to work hard to keep the bag under control.
