Group Training

Designed to give you the most explosive fat burning sessions in town, our  Nitro Circuit and Boxing Training sessions will have you coming back for more.

An inexpensive way to gain the most out of the Trainer's at Nitro and make new friends as you break through the pain barrier together and achieve your goals.

You can combine our two session styles together, doing one of each per week, or simply stick to the one style that appeals to your needs most.

These session styles are designed to give you:

  • An increase of lean muscle mass;
  • An increase of skeletal muscle and endurance capacity;
  • An elevation of your basal metabolic rate; and
  • Improved aerobic capacity.

Your well tuned body will then burn more calories 24 hours a day!
